Gai and I decide it's about time we started looking for somewhere to live as soon I'll be putting Soma Court on the market so that settlement can be finalised. We drive up to around Redland Bay where there is a display home village by all different builders in one location so it's a great way to see lots of display homes without travelling miles.

Given the block of land we are looking at the house needs to be a long rectangular shape rather than squarish and we have found a home by Metricon that we really like that will fit on the block.
