I've had to take a 6 month lease on the property in Sugarglider but Gai and I are looking for somewhere to buy. The land we were looking at we have decided not to continue with as the footings for the house alone are going to cost at least $15,000 and the people that own the block to be sub-divided have progressed no futher with this in the past 8 months. We've alreday had the soil tests done but will have to cut our losses on that. Time for plan B.

We find a property in Merrimac that will allow us to store Veronica, the trailer and will suit our needs. The gardens need some work on them but that can be done over time. The lease on the rental is broken and planning for another move is on.
