24/12/06 - Late start to the day for all of us as even Uncle Harry slept in. Remember the earings..well today it
cost 74 pounds for a new pair - about $220.00 Aussie dollars, as Gai needed to replace the one that she had lost. Good way to
get new earings if you ask me. Then we went to return the hire car as it's time was up and on the way back stopped at
25 Cippenham Lane in Slough and also 20 Warrington Avenue. This is where we lived and my grandparents lived respectively.
It was funny seeing the changes to our old place, as the last time I was here in about 1996, the gate was still out the front,
and the fence dividing the two peroperties was still there. So these have now all gone and garages been added to the back
of the driveway. Progress I suppose.
