Thursday 14/12/06 - Back at our home it was time for a short walk around the town and then off to the Tolcarne Inn for tea that night. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much that it was worth another visit. Truth was that not many places were open during the week, but the food was good here. We could have had Chinese take away but no food is allowed in the rooms. Gai had many a strange look from people in the street as the window had an alcove in it, so she would sit in the alcove and enjoy a cigarette. Maybe the people below thought she was trying to earn her keep!!!
