With all the wet weather we have been having it's time for a quick trip up the mountains to Springbrook to check out the waterfalls. Unfortunately we could not visit the Hinze Dam as this was also overflowing. They are making the dam wall higher and so it is closed to the public. The new Robina Stadium was also officially opened and as we had some free tickets we went along for the opening and also a tour of the dressing rooms and a behind the scene look. Time to also test out the new SLR camera and it's lenses. It was a great day.
