2010 June Home Page

It's off to St. Andrews today - the home of The Royal & Ancient. After a hearty English breakfast we hit the road for our 195 mile journey today. Filled up with petrol at 1 pound 85 pence a litre - and we complain about the price of fuel in Australia.

We passed through some beautiful countryside along the way and arrive at St. Michaels Inn around 1.30pm. This Inn is over 200 years old and allows people to stay in a traditional country Scottish Coaching Inn with all the modern comforts.

After unpacking it's off to the old city and the golf course for some sight seeing.

Detour to Fenham and
Fenham Hill Mill.
