Back to Rodeo Drive again where we caught the Red Hop On Off bus at 11.30 to Santa Monica and Santa Monica Pier.

Yellow (Beverly Hills and Santa Monica) 2 HOUR LOOP: Santa Monica Pier and Aquarium, 3rd Street Promenade, Montana Ave (Santa Monica's Rodeo Drive), Brentwood Country Mart, Westwood Village, Hammer Museum, Rodeo Drive, Century City, Fox Studios, Marilyn Monroe's Gravesite at Westwood Memorial.

Santa Monica is a beautiful place but so cold and windy walking down the pier today. Gai's eyes were watering so much she could barely see. The beach was lovely, white sand like Australia. We spent just over an hour there and then back on the bus via more famous places. We arrived back to Rodeo Drive at 2.30 then had lunch in a small but busy café. Then back to the Hotel to tidy up and repack. Gai is very sun/wind burnt on her face and neck. Off to Las Vegas tomorrow, the shuttle is booked for 9.55 am.
