I decided that I needed to get the train set happening, so turned to Ebay to see what was available. Well I managed to get some track, points and wagons at reasonable prices so that when on holidays I could start the train project.

I found a free train layout designer on the web called SCARM, and this was very helpful in trying several layouts for the spare room. A great program and very easy to use.
