Mary and Jude had never been whale watching before, so I thought it would be good for them to do.

After getting up early - had to be there for 7.30AM we headed off to Surfers Paradise to catch the boat out. As this boat is based in Surfers it's a good 20 minute ride out to the Seaway and into open water. The trip was great with the crew keeping us entertained and free tea, coffee and biscuits available.

Once out on the whale super highway it was all eyes scanning the ocean looking for the whales. Well we found them and then the fun started. Following them and also being followed by them!!!. A great morning out and well worth the cost.
