Work sent home some flowers for Gai which was lovely of them.

Early December we had some heavy rains as stroms came through. One day we had hail and as you can see from the photos there was a lot of hail followed by very heavy rain.

I finally convinced Gai to get a chair for her to sit on in the shower and also changed the shower head from a fixed one to a hand held. This has made sucha difference for her and is also a lot safer too as there is less opportunity for her to fall over.

Fr. Stephen who has only been a priest for two years will be leaving in January to go as Parish Priest for the Nanango area. We'll be sorry to see him go and for a gift he was given a crochet blanket from the Mudgeeraba Community as it can get very cold out there in Winter.

Well it's Christmas time again and this year was very quiet. Last year we were in Norfolk Island. Michael came and enjoyed a meal on the Friday so we had Christmas by ourselves on the Sunday as Alister and family are now in Tasmania and not planning to come back until maybe next year.
