Friday 1st January 2016 - New Years Day

Well lots to be done today as we have to be out of this cottage by 10.00 tomorrow. There is the packing to be done which should take between 10 and 20 minutes and a plane is due to land around 12.25 and leave at 1.35. Busy day ahead.

The plane came in, but landed and took off from the other direction today. Blustry winds so no big walks for Clive. What he did do as he was bored was collect all the palm fronds that had been blown down in the storms the past few days. As the photo shows there ended up being quite a few of them.

Shops are all closed for the public holiday.

Chicken and chips for me for tea while Clive had fish and the left over Chinese lemon chicken.
