So the hot summer continues and we decided that mum should come up again late in the month. A quiet start to the month but we had a lot of rain due to the slow moving cyclone named Deb. This caused a lot of flooding acroos the state, but all we had on the Coast was rain, rain and more rain.

So mum gets up here and Hinze Dam is still over 100% capacity, so her and Clive go up there for a drive. Mum has a muffin and cup of tea while Clive goes for a walk across the dam.

We decided that we would also go to Bribie Island again for a week and Clive could take mum out to see some more of the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland area. We all had a wonderful time as we ended up staying in a place that Clive and I had stayed in many years ago. A unit on the ground floor, close to the road and right near The Passage. The unit we stayed in was directly below the unit we had on our first visit to Bribie.

Clive decided one morning that seeing as mum and I were still asleep he would go for a short walk. Well a walk from our unit to the Bribie Island Bridge, across the Bridge and back again. He said that he had a great walk as the weather was beautiful.
