Even though Gai is home now she has to attend 12 session of out-patient rehab back at the hospital. This is twice a week with each session being three hours duration. The exercises are a lot harder and more varied, but they are certainly challenging too.

The church working bee involved aiming to move 10 cubic metres of mulch. With the few who turned up we managed to move about 7 of the 10, so it was a great effort. The balance can wait until November!
