2019 March Home Page

Today we collected the van. Firstly there was induction for an hour that took us through each part of the van and how it works. Lastly we finished with the awning and how to get it up and down. Seems easy enough but I've not doubt that with some more practice it will become easier and second nature.

We decided to name the van Gypsy. Two reasons came to mind. One after our 23 year old beloved cat and the other as Gypsy also means a nomadic or free spirited person. Nomadic yes but free spirtited ??

Clive did a rough design and took this to the printers who thanknfully are better creative people than him. They did a fantastic job and we ended up with stickers on the front and back.

The Bear thought that he would sneak into the van and have a good look at everything. Talk about being naughty. It reminded me of the last time he snuck away back in 2005 when I had to go to close the Cairns office. Hopefully if we decide to take him away this time he will lay off the alcohol.
