Sunday 12th January - Albury
We're having a lazy day today. Well we have a few of them, several times a week sometimes. It got down to 17.0 last night and back upto 33.3 today. So a cool morning but a hot afternoon. Clive went off to 8am Mass this morning at St. Patrick's Church. A beautiful old church built from local stone. After Mass he went for a short walk around town, as he needed to kill some time before the shops opened. He also went to the Eastern Hill Reserve, which was a lookout, but this was closed for renovations. There are some lovely old buildings in town, including the railway station which was completed around 1881.
