Well it's great to be back on the Gold Coast. Now some time to relax for a bit and think about selling the house.

Well think, it was actually another 4 months before the house went on the market. Not that a lot needed doing, but certain walls needed to be re-painted. Taps replaced, walls washed, kitchen given a good clean from where the builders had been and general damage by the tenants fixed.

Clive went lounge shopping at Super A Mart and they no longer keep stock of these on site. Everything now comes from their warehouse. Seems the recliiners are in stock but the lounge will be about three weeks delay. At least we have Jess's furniture.

We had a meeting with the realestate agent and were advised to get a dining room table, as this huge area is very slim on furniture, as is the whole house really. Clive was happy to get cooking again and be able to make a bigger variety of meals and with more freezer storage space, he's like a kid in a candy store.

The main tap at the Nerang property sprang a leak and as Michael was away, Clive was off to fix it. Required a whole new tap.
