Did these tenants ever clean anything? The dust and dirt in the air conditioning filter was disgusting. They have also managed to damage the skirting board outside our ensuite and they have also done a pretty piss poor job of plastering up damage to the wall. I think the only time we'll ever rent again is if we have no plans to ever return to live in the house.

Clive went up to Michael's to give him a hand to cut down some trees and also to get the weeding done on their rock wall. A couple of trailer loads to the tip and it's all done.

Well, Clive turns the big 60 late in the month and Michael and Jess came around for dinner. Clive's 60th balloon ended up tied to my walker. We ended up having oysters and lobster for dinner that night. Need I say, DELICIOUS!!

Majella and some of the ladies at the church put on a morning tea for him. Each made a plate and as always, too much food, but he said that it was delicious.
