More work around the house and the hedge along side the fence is removed. Jim comes to give Clive a hand as I would not let Clive do this any earlier. This is the offending hedge that we believe has cost us over $1000.00 to fix a plumbing leak. They both had fun in taking it out, especially Jim. Do not give this man a chain saw. Three trailer trips to the dump later and the hedge is no more. Just stumps left sticking out the ground now. You can dump green waste for free up here, then if you want, the council sells you back mulch. Very clever idea as they have their own machinery at the tip to grind up all the green waste.

Then we had the stumps ground down and finally some weed mat and gravel. Job finished.

The Hill's have gone off travelling so, Clive did some photoshopping and put a For Sale sign up in front of their house. This was payback for when we spent some time at the Coast. Allan, a friend we met at a van park up here was staying in our house. Anyway, the Hills and himself decided that they would sell our house while we were away and split the money. Bargin really as just walk in, with all furniture, caravan and trailer. Who could ask for more!
