So I'm back home in the Bay again. I knew that I would have to come home eventually, but it doesn't feel like home anymore. There is a big hole in my life and a very important person is missing. This is the hardest thing in my life that I have ever done.

Jess and Michael bring up Teddy, for me to grand dog sit, while they head up to Yepoon for a week. Ted and I have lots of walks and trips to the beach. He's good therapy for me.

The end of the month sees me back on the Coast, as work continues with Michael's man cave. Plus lots of smaller jobs to keep me busy.

My sports app tells me that I covered 236km in walking and cycling for 22 hours and 32 minutes this month.
