Our front room living area gets so hot as we get the morning sun through the big windows and then the sun through the side window during the day, so some time for window tinting. Lights out the front get fixed too.

My scooter finally arrives, again ordered in December, but we knew delivery was planned for March. The scooter is a portable one meaning it comes to pieces. This way when Clive goes walking along the Esplanade I can go with him on the scooter. It also means that when we travel again, we can take it with us, so I'll be able to go on more walks with him too. I also get some hearing aids and they do make a difference.

Our next door neighbours come over for dinner - well a seafood dinner. Jim loves his lobster and cleans up all the claws from everyone elses food. Why not, better than to waste it. The lobsters were from the wholesale fisheries, and were delicious. Bigger than the kittens that you get in the supermarkets.

Clive has started on this program with Bupa. It runs for 6 mars and is targeted at diabetics - looking at lifestyle, diet, exercise etc. The idea is to obviously improve on these health aspects and to improve overall fitness. This now involves cycling again on the exercise bike, resistance training and eating adjustments. Gone are the days of plates of curry and rice, now replaced with smaller portions of said food and a half a plate of salad or vegetables. He's also taken to walking more.
