I had a go at making my own buffalo chicken wings and they were delicious. Michael and Jess visited again and I started my volunteer work at Be. Since August I had been doing their induction course and the fianl thing required was a First Aid and CPR course. This was a late addition as all the other modules I had completed by mid September. I'm in Social Support, so I take customers to medical appoints, shopping or simply spend time with them. Some of the people I have met have led very interesting lives.

Four new glass prints of Gai came and got hung up in our bedroom. Fr. Regi, our Parish Priest, is being moved and Fr. Jacob, who used to be at Mudgeeraba, when we were there will become the new Parish Priest of Hervey Bay. So I was out to several dinners.

A Sunday trip to Maryborough to see the steam trains. Two different scale working trains and you can ride on both if you like. I just enjoyed watching them and walking around. They only run until 1pm and they also have the local band in the rotunda playing music too. A great place for the family.
