23/12/06 - The last day of travelling today. Having breakfast Gai realised that she has lost an earing and what's more she didn't bring any spares.
Not a lot we can do about it now, but later on it costs me..So off we head via Bakewell then on to Chatsworth House. The fog is really quite bad here
with Jeeves taking us up and down narrow lanes. a short drive around Chatsworth House and then onto Marlow. It would have been nice to have a
look around the house and property but weather was about 2 degrees and we wanted to get home. We have had a fantastic time, although a bit rushed,
and Gai has done a magnificant job of the pubs we stayed in as all these were booked over the net with a few phone calls to confirm bookings and
pay some deposits before we started the trip.
