19/12/06 - A cold foggy morning with two degrees to start the day. Whilst driving the temperature went down to minus one. A pleasant four hour drive
should see us in Edinburgh after lunch, but a lot will depend on the weather. Once we had started heading north the fog started lifting and we had
lovely blue skies and sunshine for the trip. The weather has been quite kind to us so far. We saw some lovely countryside with rolling hills and
the sea in the background. We got slowed down a bit by getting behind trucks on single lane roads but still managed to arrive at the hotel
just after 2PM.
